This research group deals with physics education theory and practice. Main interests of the group are:

  • teaching physics (from general basics to theoretical physics) and mathematics at bachelor and master degree courses. Members of the group also tutor experimental classes (from design to construction and performing)
  • analysis and discussion of current Czech education system reforms and measures as well as of textbooks and educational materials in the common use of educators
  • proper educational materials making and reviewing materials that are already available
  • organizing educational activities for high school students, teachers, and the public. This includes activities like tutoring students` professional activities, tutoring preparation courses for students attending Physics Olympiad, and many more.
