Laboratory of Thin Films and Nanostructures is associated to the
Institute of Condensed Matter Physics.
The laboratory has been established by the grant VS 96 102 by the Ministry of
Education of Czech Republic as a research laboratory associated to the
Department of Solid State Physics. The contract for five years started in
September 1996 and lasted to December 2000. In September 2000 the
Department and the Laboratory were unified into the
Institute of Condensed Matter Physics.
