Jakub Kolář – Doubly eclipsing quadruple systems

Quadruple stellar systems with two mutually orbiting eclipsing binaries (2+2 structure) are currently of great scientific interest. Using them, we can determine the physical parameters of the individual components and their statistical properties. In this study, we enlarge their numbers and present an analysis of the orbital inner periods and their ratios. Moreover, we model the light curves of the studied systems and confirm several candidates as quadruple stars.
