Samuel Kováčik – Quantum Space

We are still searching for the model of quantum gravity, with numerous candidates but limited good experimental data. A common feature across many of these theories is the concept of quantum space or some other form of limited spatial resolution. In this talk, we will introduce the motivation behind space quantization, explore a specific model of quantum space, and discuss some of its phenomenological aspects, including vacuum dispersion and the modified behaviour of small black holes.
