Nano Core Facility
Main part of our equipment is a part of the shared core facility CEITEC Nano (Nano Core Facility), an infrastructure with 2000 m2 of clean room and more tha 70 high-tech equipment. Thanks to this collaboration many additional analysis methods can be used. Several growth methods are available, mainly pulsed laser deposition (PLD) andmolecular beam epitaxy (MBE), which are part of the UHV cluster.
