Equipment of the X-ray laboratories
The instruments operated by members of our group include:

Rigaku SmartLab with rotating anode
- Source: copper rotating anode, 9 kW
- Detectors: scintillation, linear, single-photon counting two-dimensional detector
- Methods: diffraction, reflectivity, GID, (GI)SAXS, ...
- Environments: ambient conditions; high-temperature dome chamber (up to 1100 °C)
The instrument is part of the CEITEC Nano core facility.

Rigaku SmartLab for thin films (F-type)
- Source: copper sealed anode, 3 kW
- Detectors: scintillation, linear, single-photon counting two-dimensional detector
- Methods: diffraction, reflectivity, GID, SAXS, ...
