  • 19 January 2024 – 9:00 - 13:00 – Using Game Principles in University Teaching – This workshop will show teaching opportunities in which play is an effective didactic tool.

These are closely linked to the quality of life experienced on a personal and professional level.
  • 24 January 2024 – 16:00 - 18:00 – When students (not) talk in class – If you don't have time for the whole workshop, come and get briefly and intensively inspired by your colleagues. We have chosen the notoriously popular topic of learners' low willingness to express their ideas, answer questions, discuss in class... And on the other side of the same topic are students who talk constantly, at the expense of others, broadly or off-topic. How to deal with these phenomena in the classroom?
  • 26 January 2024 – 9:00 - 13:00 – How AI is changing teaching and how to take advantage of it – We already know that generative AI tools are changing how we work with information and, therefore, how we learn and teach. This workshop will look at ways to use these tools to help teachers and learners.
  • 31 January 2024 – 9:00 - 15:00 – How to set up an evaluation and how to use it – We will discuss what and how to evaluate and look at what formative elements our assesment can have to provide effective feedback to learners.
  • 13 February 2024 – 9:00 - 15:00 – How to set up and develop a relationship with students – In this workshop, we will explore what, when, and how (not) to create a learning environment that allows for correct relationships and in which learning thrives.
  • 15 February 2024 – 09:00 - 13:00 – How to prepare and teach more effectively – This workshop will introduce a method of lesson planning that builds on the linking of learning objectives with teaching methods and assessment.
  • 28 February 2024 – 9:00 - 15:00 – How and why to reflect in the teaching – Without reflection, there is no learning. If you reflect with learners on what they have (re)learned, you will significantly increase the effect of the teaching.
