Jiří Žák – Department of Theoretical Physics and Astrophysics
Jiří Žák is outstanding master's study graduate. Since beginning of his study he is active in his research, he proactively attends many workshops and scientific meetings. He uses observing time at several abroad telescopes. His main area of interest is detection of exoplanetory atmospheres, and delta Cephei stars. As the first czech astronomer, in cooperation with experts from European South observatory, he detected exoatmospheres of two exoplanets.
Tomáš Tyc – Department of Theoretical Physics and Astrophysics
Tomáš Tyc is an expert in theoretical physics. He deals with theory of invisibility and with optical fibers. He teaches Mechanics, Interesting Physics and Modern Experimental Methods. Students appreciate his use of many visual demonstrations and experiments in the lectures. His excitement and vivid interest for the subjects is inspirational for students. He also attend TEDx, Science slam MUNI and European Science Slam.
Mirko Černák - Department of Physical Electronincs
Mirko Černák is an excellent scientist, he achieves significant results at basic and applied research in plasma physics and plasmochmistry. Under his leadership was based new research center for plasma studies and physical and chemical analysis of materials, on the department of physical electronics.
